EFL Championship – Rules & Terms: Full User Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legal agreement between efl championship and its members. By using the efl championship website, mobile platform, or any related services, you are considered to have agreed to all Terms of this agreement.

Efl championship reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Members will be notified of any changes via email or an on-platform notice. Continued use of the service after any changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These terms are prepared in accordance with Bangladesh and international gaming laws. In the event of any dispute, EFL Championship's decision shall be considered final, though members may raise objections through the formal complaints process.

The following conditions must be met to open an account with efl championship:

• Each member may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all accounts may be closed and any deposited funds forfeited.
• All information provided at registration — including name, date of birth, address, and phone number — must be accurate and kept up to date.
• Opening or operating an account on behalf of, or under the identity of, another person is strictly prohibited.
• Your account password and login credentials must be kept strictly confidential. Account access must not be shared with anyone.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact efl championship Support immediately.

EFL Championship reserves the right to decline registrations or suspend existing accounts, particularly if a member is found to be in violation of these terms.

Efl championship's services are exclusively for adults aged 18 and above. Account registration or use of the service by minors is strictly prohibited.

• During account registration, members must confirm that they are 18 years of age or older.
• EFL Championship may request a copy of a member's national ID or passport at any time to verify their age.
• If underage status is confirmed during verification, the account will be closed and all transactions will be voided.
• It is also a violation of our rules if a verified adult member knowingly allows a minor to use their account.

EFL Championship follows international financial regulations and conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to protect our members.

Verification documents may be requested in the following cases:

• Before your first withdrawal request
• When total deposits or withdrawals exceed a specified limit
• If unusual activity is suspected on the account
• At the request of efl championship's security team

Documents typically required include: National ID / Passport, a recent utility bill or bank statement (for address verification), and proof of payment method.

The following rules apply when making a deposit on EFL Championship:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳50 (fifty BDT).
• Deposits must be made from the member's own account or mobile banking.
• Deposits from third parties or unidentified sources are not accepted and will be returned.
• EFL Championship does not charge fees for processing deposits; however, your payment service provider may apply their own fees.
• If a deposit is delayed due to a technical issue, please contact Support immediately.

The following conditions apply when withdrawing funds from efl championship:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals must be made through the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed until the account is fully verified.
• If an active bonus has not met its wagering requirements, the bonus amount cannot be withdrawn.
• In cases of suspicious activity, efl championship may place a temporary hold on withdrawals while an investigation is conducted.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours. VIP members receive priority processing.

Efl championship complies with anti-money laundering laws and may be required to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.

Before claiming any bonus or promotional offer from efl championship, members must carefully read the associated Terms and Conditions.

• Every bonus offer has specific wagering requirements. The bonus cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fully met.
• Bonuses have a set expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not met within that time, the bonus will be automatically forfeited.
• Certain games may be restricted when playing with a bonus balance.
• Claiming multiple welcome bonuses by the same person, family members, or from the same IP address is strictly prohibited.
• EFL Championship reserves the right to cancel bonuses if abuse or manipulation is suspected.
• If an existing bonus is cancelled due to a change or new promotion, EFL Championship will notify members in advance.

The following rules apply to Sports Betting and casino games on EFL Championship:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If an event is cancelled or abandoned, the stake for that bet will be returned to the member's balance.
• EFL Championship reserves the right to void any bets placed due to technical errors or incorrect odds.
• Maximum winnings limits for Sports Betting may vary depending on the game and bet type.
• In live betting, if a bet is not confirmed due to a disconnection, it will be considered void.
• Bets placed on events involving match-fixing or any fraudulent activity may be forfeited.

EFL Championship reserves the right to make the final decision on any betting matter at its sole discretion. Members may raise objections through the formal complaints process.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the EFL Championship platform:

• Abusing bonuses by opening multiple accounts.
• Operating an account under someone else's identity or providing false information.
• Using any software, bot, script, or automated method to play games or place bets.
• Exploiting any bug or technical vulnerability on the platform.
• Introducing proceeds of money laundering or illegal funds onto the platform.
• Threatening, harassing, or insulting other members or staff.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the EFL Championship system.
• Participating in any coordinated scheme to circumvent bonus terms.

Efl championship may temporarily suspend or permanently close a member's account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or provision of false information.
• Extended periods of inactivity on the account (inactive account).
• At the member's own request (as a self-exclusion or Responsible Gaming option).
• On instruction from legal authorities.

Members may also request to close their account at any time. For inactive accounts (no login or transactions for more than 12 months), efl championship may deduct an admin fee of up to ৳100 per month. Fee deductions will stop once the balance reaches zero.

EFL Championship believes betting and gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a harmful habit. That's why we place the highest importance on responsible gaming.

Efl championship provides members with the following tools:

• Deposit Limits: Setting daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Betting Limits: Capping the maximum number of bets that can be placed within a given period.
• Break Mode: A temporary account suspension ranging from 24 hours up to 6 months.
• Permanent Self-Exclusion: The option to restrict access to the platform for an extended or permanent period.
• Reality Check: A reminder of how long you have been playing after a set period of time.

EFL Championship reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified at least 7 days in advance via email or through the platform.

If any provision of these terms is found to be legally unenforceable, all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The Bengali version of these terms shall be considered authoritative for interpretation purposes.
